Saira Somani

Saira is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and fractional finance leader for startups and SMBs, bringing more than 24 years of experience across financial services, healthcare and consulting. She leads Fractional CFO & Controllership Services at four. one. six. consulting (416co), helping founders optimize finance, sustainability and governance processes, and advises entrepreneurs from underrepresented groups and underserved markets as a growth advisor and investor.

Prior to her fractional practice, Saira spent over a decade at TD in senior finance roles, including AVP, Corporate Projects, Governance & Controls and Senior Manager, Finance & Technology. She earlier held Information Technology Manager and Project Manager roles at Trillium Health Partners. She is a GRI Certified Sustainability Professional and a Certified Sustainability Practitioner, and volunteers as a financial literacy educator with CPA Canada and as Board President/Chair of TSCC 2969.
